Two Sacred Heart players suspended

It's about 45 minutes to game time here at the William Pitt Center where I was just told SHU 6-0 freshman reserve guard Chauncey Hardy (9.9 ppg., 45% from 3, 22-48) and 6-3 back up freshman guard Ryan Litke (7.3 ppg., 38% from 3, 38-99), both of whom have played in every game this season (Hardy had one start) have been ""suspended indefinitely for non-basketball related offenses involving a dormitory related incident" according to an SHU official.

I guess stuff like this just doesn't happen at MU.

By the way..on the "Houdini Hoopsters
Scoreboard", NEC players who have vanished from their programs for non-injury related reasons since 2004-2005 the SHU number is ..two.
Wagner leads with 6, followed by MU (5), SHU (2), and Mount (1) so far of the NEC schools I have checked as the season goes along.

Expect SHU to bomb away tonight and play an up tempo game.

FYI...Hardy is a two-time NEC Rookie of the Week this season.
