Wednesday baseball updates
Here at First Energy Park after two innings Ocean leads TR S in an extra-base fest, 7-3.
Ocean scored five runs in the top of the first inning on a single, double, and two triples including a tremendous smash off the top of the left field fence by Keith Weinkofsky. In two at bats Eric Hinkle as ripped two doubles for Ocean and driven in three runs.
TR South came back with two in the first on an RBI double by Chase Gray and a Ryan Kapp RBI single.
Earlier today in the Monmouth County Tournament semifinals CBA defeated Monmouth Reg. 4-1 and RBC downed Freehold Twp. 4-1.
