Almost for the Eagles

Sophomore Jack Provine of Middletown South had a two-run single in a three-run sixth inning that tied the score but St. Joseph's Montvale scored a run in the seventh to nip the Eagles, 5-4, in the Shore Challenge Saturday night. Eric Dunn and Sean Barber(double, single) had two hits each for South.
