Good post. On Friday and day or so before most games will be posting blogs seeking game predictions....
why not play nunner and simpson 6-8 minutes per half,give the guards a rest so they slow down and play MU basketball,not LIU run and gun.
They've tried to get Nunner minutes but he has not been effective. He's in there to hit 3's but it hasn't been happening. I think they are looking to get Simpson more involved. In the long run I think he's the better player, but he's behind because he missed so much of the preseason and the early going. Basically, MU needs one of the two to start clicking.
Nunner simply cant play at this level, not a knock on the kid just the truth, and I think SImpson may be the same...If guys dont make shots, at the very least they need to offer something else tangible...Dont see it?
I'm not ready to bail out on either yet, especially Simpson. This kid has had no real chance so far. I mean, he's played like two minutes.
But Nunner definitely needs to start making shots....soon. Real soon.
