All Shore baseball team on line/Monmouth U hoops arena getting closer

For those of you who are outside the local area ..though it took a little while for whatever reasons ....the 2006 All-Shore baseball team and associated stories are now on line...

As for myself I am on vacation here and there most of the summer and then expect to be gravitating over to Monmouth U. football, local colleges, and some high school football...

For Monmouth U. followers... our news department tells me the new basketball arena could gain approval from the West Long Branch zoning board by later this summer...after that it should be ready for tip-off in 2-3 years...

Also...remember FDU's big basketball center, 7-footer Andrea Crosariol? He will not be returning for his senior year..has decided to turn pro in Italy..

Monmouth U. opens 2006 football practice Aug 8 (freshmen) and everyone else Aug. 10.
